biggest secret. The word is out and Andre's has become an important destination restaurant.

 

Opened in 1998, this charming restaurant has built quite a reputation for featuring sophisticated food and outstanding service. Rated Excellent by the New York Times. The Star Ledger gave André's Three and 1/2 Stars and The Artful Diner of NJ Online says "Dinner at André's is a totally beguiling experience." "His menu is simple yet wonderful, his food elegant yet not threatening" says Catherine Jones of the NY Times.

 

In 2002 Andre's doubled it's space by adding a Wine Boutique and a private dining room. "Chef/Owner Andre deWaal and his wife, Tracey, have made the move to a more upscale ambiance without missing a beat in their personalized approach to fine dining" says Cody Kendall of the Star Ledger.

 

The deWaal's take pride in the fact that everything is hand made with only the freshest ingredients available. Locally grown organic produce is used whenever possible. The European-American menu changes twice monthly to accommodate the best that each season has to offer. Chef André prepares "Special Sunday Theme Dinners" that are well worth the drive from anywhere.
